Three months and counting!

It has been three months since the surgery and what I see in the mirror is more than I hoped for at this time in the regrowth process.  When I put mascara on I feel like I look like anybody else, and this wasn't the case  before the surgery.  I am very please because I am happy with what I have at three months and I know that I still have approximatley 9 months to go before the full results are achieved.  It is truly amazing, I am planning to post pictures soon so there is a visual to what I am explaining.

Progress

I have another sty developing, which is normal at this stage in the game.  Dr. Bauman told me that using boiled eggs as a warm compress work better than washcloths because they hold there heat longer, and its true!  It feels a little strange holding boiled eggs on my eyes but it really helps the stys heal faster!  I have decided that getting a sty is not necessarily a bad thing...I am choosing to look at it as progress in the sense that something is going on in my eyelid and eyelashes should be appearing soon.
